Personal Statement:
Kevin W. Weigand joined Carr Maloney as an associate in 2011. Prior to joining the firm, he served as a law clerk to the Honorable Richard B. Potter of the Thirty-First Judicial Circuit of Virginia.
During law school, Kevin was the Managing Editor of the William & Mary Environmental Law and Policy Review. In addition to completing a graduate research fellowship in immigration law, Kevin was a recipient of the Benjamin Rush Scholar Award for excellence in health law and policy research.
Kevin is the author of “Climate Change Disclosure: Ensuring the Viability of the Insurance Industry While Protecting the Investor,” 34 Wm. & Mary Envtl. L. & Pol’y Rev. 281 (2010).
