Patricia Beall is an associate with the firm, where she focuses her practice on professional and general liability. She received her under graduate degree from the University of Maryland, College Park and her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Baltimore. Patricia completed the majority of her legal education as an evening student while continuing to work as a financial analyst in the telecommunications industry. During law school, Patricia served as a student attorney in the Community Development Clinic, a year-long clinical program that primarily assists community associations and small non-profits in Baltimore City. As a student attorney, Patricia counseled clients on choice and formation of business entities, researched and presented options available regarding for profit subsidiaries, and assisted in the registration and licensing of a foreign LLC in Maryland. Prior to becoming an associate, Patricia served as the firm's law clerk.
