Jan Blee concentrates her practice in all areas of employment law and business and commercial litigation. She represents and counsels employers in claims involving discrimination in the workplace, sexual harassment, and other civil rights claims.
Prior to joining the firm, Jan served as a law clerk to the Judges in the Circuit Court for the City of Alexandria, Virginia.
She is an active member of the Virginia State Bar Association, the American Bar Association, Young Lawyers Association and the Northern Virginia Defense Lawyers Association.
Jan is a graduate of Mount Saint Mary's College (B.A. 1986). She received her law degree from the George Mason School of Law (J.D. 1989). Jan is admitted to practice in the State Maryland, the Commonwealth of Virginia, and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.
