Personal Statement:
Larry Carr is the founding member of the firm. He concentrates his practice
on environmental coverage litigation and has managed cases throughout the
United States.
Larry has been in private practice for 45 years, and he has spent the majority of that time defending clients in cases in the District of Columbia and Maryland.
He retired as a Colonel in the United States Marine Corps Reserve after more than 30 years of service. He is a member of many professional and social organizations in the Washington Metropolitan area and currently serves as a member of the Advisory Council of the Notre Dame Law School.
