Mariana is a member of the firm. She maintains a diverse practice handling matters involving professional malpractice, insurance coverage, real estate litigation, premises liability, commercial litigation and negligence. She has vast experience litigating cases in state and federal courts in Virginia and the District of Columbia.
Mariana builds strong client relationships and responds effectively and efficiently to client needs. She strives for the best legal result for each client. Mariana represents attorneys, health care providers, settlement agents and companies, appraisers, real estate agents and brokers, insurances agents and brokers, businesses and corporations. She also represents a leading beauty products company, an international street structure advertising and design company and a national private corrections management company. She also serves as counsel for religious and non-profit institutions.
Mariana, who is fluent in Spanish, studied law in Argentina where she interned for the Honorable Juan Esteban Ciciarro in the Criminal Court of Investigation in Buenos Aires, Argentina. She assisted in investigating and disposing criminal cases. She also clerked for the United States Department of Justice in the Organized Crime & Racketeering Division assisting in the prosecution of white-collar crime. After graduating from law school, Mariana served as the law clerk for the Honorable William D. Quarles in the Circuit Court for Baltimore City.
