Personal Statement:
Tracy is an associate at the firm. Prior to joining the firm she served as a law clerk to the Honorable Marielsa Bernard of the Sixth Judicial Circuit of Maryland.
During law school, Tracy was a student attorney in the Low Income Taxpayer Clinic, a Teaching Assistant for Legal Writing and Analysis, and a staff member on The Business Lawyer. Prior to law school, Tracy worked as a budget and legislative analyst with the Montgomery County Commission for Women and as a legislative assistant to the Honorable Louis Stokes of the United States House of Representatives.
