During the Hispanic National Bar Association’s annual convention held in Boston, MA, Samir was selected as the Regional Representative for the Young Lawyers Division of Region V, which includes the District of Columbia, Maryland, Virginia, and West Virginia. The Regional Representative acts as a liaison between the HNBA’s Young Lawyers Division President, National Board, and the members within their region. Samir also contributes to the Young Lawyers Division of his Region by participating in panels and leading recruitment efforts for graduating law students into the organization.
