Katherine Ondeck is a litigation attorney focusing her practice on complex litigation and liability matters, including general, professional and product liability. Katherine possesses excellent interpersonal skills and works creatively with her colleagues and clients to assess the strengths and weaknesses of various legal matters to develop the strongest case.
While earning her law degree, Katherine served as the law school senator on the George Washington University Student Senate and competed in three moot court competitions. In undergraduate school, she was inducted into the Golden Key Society and National Scholars Honor Society.
While attending law school, Katherine clerked for the Honorable John H. Bayly, Jr. at the Superior Court of the District of Columbia. During her tenure as a judicial intern, Katherine drafted judicial orders and opinions for civil and criminal cases and served as an intern in courtroom proceedings and pretrial conferences.
Katherine was also a law clerk for Carr Maloney, conducting research, drafting memoranda, and assisting in the preparation of motions and briefs. She also prepared presentations regarding litigation and settlements involving minors.
- Represented a large automotive and transportation business located in the Washington, D.C., area in connection with negotiations with the District of Columbia Taxicab Commission regarding newly implemented regulations requiring the installation of Modern Taximeter Systems in all D.C. taxicabs.

OUTSIDE THE OFFICE . . .
Katherine enjoys an active lifestyle of playing golf and tennis, as well as hiking on the weekends. Her favorite hiking area is Great Falls National Park. She is also a travel enthusiast and likes learning about different cultures.
