Carr Maloney provides the same services to our non-profit and charitable clients as we do to our for-profit and individual clients. The difference, however, is that we tailor our services to meet the unique needs of nonprofits and charities.  We understand that a nonprofit’s value is its services, not its finances.  We recognize, therefore, the need for quick and cost-effective representation.

Our clients include trade associations, charitable organizations, schools, tax-exempt entities, among others.  We provide outside general counsel services for the day to day legal issues facing our clients.  For example, we routinely provide directors and officers, insurance coverage, employment law, general liability and business law advice to nonprofit/charitable boards, executive directors, human resources and other high level decision makers.
