Yasmin Bagha is a litigation attorney who focuses her practice on employment and labor law, complex litigation, professional liability, and construction law.

Prior to joining Carr Maloney P.C., Yasmin was a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Sharon V. Burrell, Associate Judge for the Circuit Court for Montgomery County, Maryland.  As Judge Burrell’s law clerk, Yasmin prepared and wrote extensive bench memoranda and drafted judicial opinions for complex civil and criminal cases.

Yasmin earned her law degree from the Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law, where she served as a Note and Comment Editor for the Catholic University Journal of Law and Technology. Yasmin was also a student attorney for the Catholic University of America’s Innocence Project and Clemency Project Clinic, a member of the Moot Court National Trial Team, and received the law school’s Highest Honors Award for Pro Bono Services.

While attending law school, Yasmin was a law clerk for Mercedes-Benz, USA’s General In-House Counsel and also worked for the Montgomery County State’s Attorney’s Office as both an intern and Rule 16 Student Attorney. Additionally, Yasmin volunteered her time as a student mentor and teacher for Catholic Law’s Street Law Program at Archbishop Carroll High School.

Yasmin graduated from Virginia Tech with an undergraduate degree in Marketing Management and a minor in Political Science.

Yasmin is fluent in Farsi and proficient in Spanish.
