Charles Frye is a litigation associate who focuses his practice on professional liability, general liability, and employment and labor law.
Prior to joining Carr Maloney P.C., Charles served as an Assistant Attorney General in the Personnel and Labor Relations Section of the Office of the Attorney General for the District of Columbia, defending DC government agencies in appeals of their personnel decisions. Charlie also litigated appeals of workers compensation decisions before administrative judges.
Following graduation from Georgetown University Law Center, Charles was a post-graduate fellow with the Legal Aid Society of DC in the housing law unit, where he assisted attorneys representing low-income tenants in eviction cases.
