Hailey Wilkes is an associate attorney at Carr Maloney, P.C. She focuses her practice on complex commercial and civil litigation, including corporate disputes, professional liability, employment law, insurance defense, and alternative dispute resolution.
Prior to joining the firm, Hailey served as a law clerk to the Honorable Robert J. Smith in the 19th Judicial Circuit, Fairfax, Virginia.
A graduate of the Antonin Scalia Law School, George Mason University, Hailey served as the Senior Notes Editor of the George Mason University Law Review. She also worked as a Writing Fellow for the school’s Legal Research, Writing, and Analysis program.
During law school, Hailey worked as a Law Clerk for the Alexandria, Virginia firm of Holmes, Costin, & Marcus, PLLC supporting its employment law and civil litigation practices. Previously, Hailey was a judicial intern at the Fairfax County Circuit Court for the Honorable Bruce D. White, Chief Judge.
Hailey graduated from the Utah Valley University, magna cum laude with an undergraduate degree in Legal Studies.
