Civil Litigation Associate
Carr Maloney PC, one of the area’s premier law firms, seeks a highly motivated and enthusiastic litigation associate to join its practice.
Interested candidates should have at least one year of judicial clerkship experience and at least 3 years of private law firm experience that includes depositions, discovery and motions practice.
The position affords the opportunity to handle all aspects of case preparation from the inception of the matter through completion, including depositions, motions, hearings, mediations, and trial.
Candidates must have strong academic credentials, research, and writing skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills. Candidates must be detail-oriented and able to handle a busy caseload.
Candidates must be licensed in DC.

The firm offers a competitive salary for the position, with a starting range of $119,928.00 to $124,488.00 dependent on level of experience, with opportunities for bonuses and other incentives, as well a robust benefits program, including health insurance, flexible spending account, and 401(k).
