Civil Litigation Associate
Carr Maloney PC, one of the area’s premier law firms, seeks a highly motivated and enthusiastic litigation associate to join its practice.
Interested candidates should have at least one year of judicial clerkship experience and at least 3 years of private law firm experience that includes depositions, discovery and motions practice.
The position affords the opportunity to handle all aspects of case preparation from the inception of the matter through completion, including depositions, motions, hearings, mediations, and trial.
Candidates must have strong academic credentials, research, and writing skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills. Candidates must be detail-oriented and able to handle a busy caseload.

Responsibilities:
• Analyze and summarize medical records for litigation purposes.
• Prepare and organize trial binders and exhibits.

Attorney & Client Support:

This role is responsible for assisting in recruiting efforts and supporting key HR and administrative functions throughout the Firm. This role manages the full employee lifecycle and contributes to broader HR initiatives, helping foster an engaging, professional, and team-oriented workplace culture
Responsibilities:
• Assists with benefits administration including enrollments, changes and terminations in accordance with federal and state regulations.
• Process required documents through payroll and insurance providers to ensure accurate record-keeping and proper deductions.
• Assists with full employee lifecycle – from recruiting to onboarding, performance management, offboarding, and maintaining accurate personnel records.
• Assists with organizing and leading various internal and client-facing events.

Qualifications:
