Her educational session titled, “Independent Counsel: Managing the Costs” will cover the topics of determining whether an independent counsel is actually needed, identify approaches to managing litigation costs if independent counsel is retained, and weigh the consequences of withdrawing a reservation of rights to take over the litigation defense.
