Washington, D.C. (October 4, 2021): Partner Tina Maiolo presents at Association of Corporate Counsel’s Fall Conference, “Employment and. Labor Conference: Updates on What You Need to Know” on September 30, 2021.
The presentation titled, “Keeping You Up to Date: The Latest Employment Law Changes in the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia (DMV)” addressed the most recent changes to the labor and employment in law in the DMV including state and local law changes. Some of the changes include the DC noncompete ban, MD WARN law, and VA’s expanded worker protections and rights, to name only a few, which provided attendees with invaluable knowledge and resources to support their in-house practice.
