Washington D.C – June 23, 2026 – Carr Maloney is pleased to announce that Thomas L. McCally has been elected a Fellow of the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers (the “College” or CLEL”).
The College of Labor & Employment Lawyers is a non-profit professional association honoring the leading lawyers nationwide in the practice of labor and Employment Law. Fellows are recognized as distinguished members of the labor and employment community who promote achievement, advancement and excellence in the practice by setting standards of professionalism and civility, by sharing their experience and knowledge and by acting as a resource for academia, the government, the judiciary and the community at large.
Thomas L. McCally is a partner, litigator, business advisor, and general counsel at Carr Maloney, where he has represented a wide variety of businesses across multiple industries including for profit and nonprofit, trade associations, educational institutions, religious institutions, charitable organizations, and professional associations. Tom serves as Practice Group Leader of Carr Maloney’s Employment and Labor Law Practice and is a frequent speaker on employment law, governance, and workplace compliance issues for organizations including ASAE, the American Bar Association, and the Association of Legal Administrators. Tom has also authored numerous articles on employment law and workplace compliance and previously served as Co-Chair of the Civil Jury Instructions Committee of the Bar Association of the District of Columbia, resulting in the publication of the 1998 Standardized Civil Jury Instructions for the District of Columbia.
