About
Coulter Holland is an Associate Attorney at Carr Maloney P.C. He is licensed to practice law in Maryland and the District of Columbia. His practice areas focus on general liability, premises liability, and warranty of habitability issues in the landlord-tenant setting.
Before joining Carr Maloney, Coulter practiced civil litigation defense at a firm in North Bethesda, Maryland, where he assisted the managing partner in defending landlords, property management companies, and condominium associations across Maryland and District of Columbia Courts. Prior to his civil litigation work, Coulter spent approximately one year practicing immigration law in Northern Virginia.
Coulter received his Juris Doctor from the University of Mississippi School of Law in 2022, where he served as Senior Associate Staff Editor for the Mississippi Sports Law Review. He holds a B.A. in Public Policy Leadership from the University of Mississippi’s Sally McDonnell Barksdale Honors College.
