David B. Schlosser focuses his practice on insurance coverage, commercial litigation, and general liability.

Prior to joining Carr Maloney P.C., David was an associate attorney at a boutique law firm in New York City representing policyholders in first-party and third-party coverage disputes stemming from commercial property losses. David was also a law clerk at the Arlington County Attorney’s Office, where he researched areas of local government law and provided advice to the county government.

David is a graduate of William & Mary Law School, where he was a member of the William & Mary Environmental Policy & Law Review. While attending law school, David worked as a legal intern with the Administrative Conference of the United States, an independent federal agency, where he analyzed administrative law topics for agency projects. Additionally, David worked with William & Mary Law School’s Lewis B. Puller, Jr. Veterans Benefit Clinic, where he analyzed medical records and drafted briefs in order to represent veterans in adversarial litigation against the Department of Veterans Affairs.

David graduated from Boston College with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science.
