Martin Shaw is an associate attorney at Carr Maloney P.C. He focuses his practice on Insurance Law Coverage, General Liability, Business Law and Commercial Litigation, Construction Law, Professional Liability, and Complex Litigation.

Prior to joining the firm, Martin clerked for the Honorable William A. Snoddy at the Prince George’s County Circuit Court in Upper Marlboro, Maryland.

A law graduate from Howard University School of Law, Martin was a member of the Howard Law Journal. The Journal is the principal scholarly publication of Howard University School of Law. The Journal is published in one annual volume consisting of no less than three issues that contain articles, essays, and book reviews authored by legal scholars, as well as notes and comments authored by Howard Law Journal members.

During law school, Martin interned for the Honorable Anita Josey-Herring at the Superior Court of the District of Columbia

Martin graduated from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia with an undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice.
