On October 21, Dennis Quinn presented “Avoiding Malpractice and Bar Complaints 2015” at the DC Bar Conference Center from 6:00 pm – 9:30 pm, along with Julia Porter, Senior Assistant Bar Counsel for DC and Elizabeth Francis of the Department of Justice Professional Advisory Office. The class teaches daily practice and risk-prevention techniques to help reduce the possibility of a bar complaint and related malpractice claim from being filed.
