Law360 Publishes Berkowitz and Williams’ Take on Rocket Mortgage Class Action Case

Matthew D. Berkowitz and Kelsey Williams’ article, “Rocket Mortgage Appeal May Push Justices To Curb Classes,” was recently by Law360.  In Alig V. Rocket Mortgage, the Fourth Circuit recently ruled that all class members in a class action must have suffered a concrete harm. The article reviews this ruling and the petition for cert. to the Supreme Court.  Matt and Kelsey also discuss the implications on class actions moving forwarded, including the potential narrowing of class sizes, should the Supreme Court affirm the decision.
