Carr Maloney Member, Nat Calamis, Elected President of the DC Defense Lawyers’ Association

December 3, 2018 – Washington, D.C. – Carr Maloney PC is pleased to announce that member Nat Calamis was recently elected President of the DC Defense Lawyers Association (DCDLA).

“I am honored to serve as President of the DC Defense Lawyers’ Association,” said Calamis.
The DCDLA is an exclusive group of defense trial lawyers in the Courts of the District of Columbia. The association serves its members by providing a platform to exchange information, increase education on issues related to procedure and court rulings, and improve the skills of defense lawyers.

In his legal practice, Calamis, represents private companies and other businesses in employment and commercial disputes and cyber security. He counsels businesses in relation to data protection, privacy issues, and claims arising out of data breach incidents. As a litigator, Calamis serves as lead counsel in bench and jury trials before administrative agencies, including the EEOC, state and local EEO agencies, and the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
