On Friday, September 7, 2018, Carr Maloney Member Dennis Quinn will present “Avoiding Ethical Mistakes, Malpractice, and Cyber Liability Claims” at the Virginia CLE Center and via Webinar. Mr. Quinn, a Member of the Virginia State Bar’s Standing Committee on Legal Ethics and a former Faculty Member for the Harry S. Carrico Professionalism course, will give an overview of the most common legal malpractice claims (and related risks, such as cyber, management, and employment-related claims), and how to avoid them.
