Sarah is an experienced litigator and trusted business advisor representing her clients in matters relating to claims of discrimination, retaliation, whistle-blower actions, wrongful discharge, and unfair labor practices. She also provides legal ethics counseling to lawyers and law firms on a wide array of ethics-related issues and represents clients in state bar complaints. Sarah has also successfully defended clients in legal malpractice and other professional negligence actions.
Working out of the Firm’s Washington, D.C. office, Sarah Conkright is licensed to practice in the District of Columbia and the Commonwealth of Virginia.
