Washington, DC (October 29, 2021): Carr Maloney PC is pleased to announce that its Washington, DC main office will relocate to 2000 Pennsylvania Avenue NW, Suite 8001, effective October 29, 2021.

The new space located conveniently above DC’s renovated Western Market gives you a taste for DC food culture and a feel for Carr Maloney’s brand, defined by years of momentous legal service in the Metropolitan area. This office space is among the most progressive Carr Maloney offices by integrating efficient design standards to promote usability and productivity.

When looking for a new space, Carr Maloney had a lot to consider as the legal industry heads into a new age of office environments. Firm Administrator, Melissa Braford stated, “We wanted to find a new space that not only defines new-age innovation and design but also embraces the history and heritage of being in Washington, DC as we have always maintained a downtown DC presence as a firm. 2000 Pennsylvania Avenue, also home to historical Western Market, fits those prerequisites. We were committed to providing our attorneys and staff with a great place to work. This new space encourages collaboration and welcomes opportunities for growth, professional development, and mentorship among our attorneys. In collaboration with Fox Architects and Regency Commercial Construction, Carr Maloney has created a space that provides the best flexibility for remote and in-office work by focusing on individual attorney and staff preferences and considerations.”

Carr Maloney PC has had a strong presence in the DC metropolitan area for more than 37 years and this office will serve as a hub for the firm’s extensive clientele throughout DC, Maryland, Virginia, and West Virginia.
