On August 18, 2016, Carr Maloney Member Thomas McCally presented Legal Implications of Technological Developments for Employers to the Capital Chapter of the Association for Legal Administrators. Mr. McCally, the head of Carr Maloney’s Employment and Labor Law Practice, explained that as technology changes, so do the laws that impact employers. The seminar focused on acceptable social media use, the importance of website accessibility for disabled users, cyber security issues, and data breach prevention.
